I get why you need to fix the duplicate application ID. If no one else has responded to your question yet, it's a good idea to https://apisupport.myob.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get some help, if you aren't a developer it's best to reach out to creator of the third party application.
In the meantime, feel free to start a new thread if you need anything else.
