MYOB Advanced-Difference b/w PO status closed &Completed

Hi In MYOB Advanced, The order which closed can not be changed to completed,what is the differenct b/w closed &completed.

    Hi There, 

     

    Thank you for your post 

     

    A Purchase Order status of Closed is:  All the ordered goods have been received and billed in full

     

    A Purchase Order status of Completed is: All the ordered goods have been received, but at least one item has not been billed in full
