Superannuation Payment Status

Good morning

I have been using the Myob Business through the browser and was hoping someone can explain to  me why the status of my superannuation payment shows as "unpaid" in the pay run screen but when looking at each individual pay run the superannuation status shows "completed" or "in progress".  How do I know which is right?  I have attached a photo.  The desktop version of Myob Accountright does not have the "unpaid" status.  should I be concerned with Payday Super just about to come into effect,.

Kind regards

Mandy Weeks

    Hi Genreve

There has been no change in the screen status.  Is this a syncing problem that myob is going to correct?  This has been ongoing now and there needs to be a resolution with payday super coming into effect.

    kind regards

  • Im having the same problem, in the browser it shows random supers as "unpaid" and dates back to July 2025. We pay our Super monthly through "Pay Super" in the desktop version. Can you please advise asap why this is happening? Thank you

    Hi mandy6,

I get why you’d be concerned if two different windows have conflicting information. If the individual pay runs are showing Completed or In Progress, that’s usually the better status to go by rather than the Unpaid label showing in the pay run screen.

It can take a few business days for the payment status to catch up, so sometimes the browser view doesn’t line up straight away.

If it’s been more than 7 to 10 business days and it’s still not updating, or the money has left the account and the status still hasn’t moved on, then it’d be worth reaching out to support so they can check the payment status from their side.

But from what you’ve described, it sounds more like a status display mismatch than an unpaid super payment.

    Regards,
    Genreve

    Same as above.

Any chance this could be rectified please?

    Thank you
