Assistance required for MYOB Advanced

I have a client that has moved from MYOB Classic to MYOB Advanced. We are drowning with MYOB Advanced. I have been a MYOB CC for over 20 years and have accounting qualifications, but am struggling ...

    I am aware of MYOB Academy.

    I have spent many hours (make that days) looking at various items on MYOB academy and Youtube and I cannot get the answers I need.

    Maybe after an accounting degree, 20 years of CPA membership and 23 Years as a MYOB consultant, I have realise I am not up to the job?

    Yes, mad as hell.
