Portal Cases - access to view cases

Hi - just wondering if anyone has a site setup using a customer portal for Case management, we are wondering if you can easily configure so that a contact has access to all of the cases for the business account they are assigned to?

    No, we had no issues with set up. Contacts created under the Business Account with portal user access worked as expected.

  • Yes contacts by default see the cases created by themselves, however they can untick the 'me' button to see all cases for their business account.

     

    Be warned of a bug with the export to excel option -  it exports all cases for all business accounts so be aware of that.

      We've had a look but are having some issues with cases not showing for our test login, did you come accross any issues with setup? Otherwise we may need to log with MYOB
