Thanks.  This all worked, but when running AO, an error is displayed:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException
Could not load file or assemby 'Microsoft.Sql.Server.Connectioninfo,
Version=12.0.0.0.  Culture=neutral. PublicKey Token:89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the file specifies.
Selecting oition to continue - AO runs fine, so not sure of the error's significance.

    We're aware of this issue and working on a solution. In the meantime, check out this page for more information on how to fix the issue. You'll want to click on the Client Accounting dropdown to view step by step instructions.
