MYOB AE Tax Return Error - Cannot register popup window class: Class already exist.

How do we fix this error when trying to open new tax return for 2020?

    Hi gracer 

     

    Generally, this error occurs where there may be another session running in the background that's not visible on screen.

    Logging out and back in of the software will most likely resolve it. Otherwise a restart of the machine may be required.

     

    I have attached a knowledge base article for your reference: Cannot register debug window class: class already exists
