This issue occurs when the employee account isn't authenicated with the your portal correctly.
To resolve you will need to re authenticate their my.dot email address.
To do this, login to MYOB AE and then open their employee record.
Ensure Inactive is not ticked.
Then in the task bar at the side, click on Edit My.dot MYOB details. Note down the email and then remove this. Then click Ok. If you receive any warnings - click ok.
Then click on Edit My.dot MYOB Details again and re key in the email address and click ok.
Then ask them to access Live/Partner Dashboard again.
