Redact Tax File Number

Is there a simple way in PFD Manager that you can redact Tax File Numbers and other information you do not wish to send to banks etc.  There is plenty of software out there that can do this so it should be a feature of PDF Manager given we are sending multiple documents containing confidential information.

You may use a blank text box to hide a Tax File Number (TFN), address, date of birth, or any other personal or private information.

When this PDF document is later printed from Adobe Reader or another PDF software, the markup can be removed and be printed without the markup.

To ensure the markup isn't removed, add the markup in PDF Manager then preview the document in Adobe Reader.

This effectively joins the document and the markups together so they can't be separated.

    To secure the markup
    1. Add the markup in PDF Manager by clicking the "Document Mark Up" tab then click the "Add Rectangle Comment" button
    2. Draw the rectangle comment box over the text
    3. Right mouse click on rectangle box then select "Properties"
    4. Type 100 into the "Opacity" field
    5. Click "Save" eg. to desktop
    6. Open the saved document and print it back into PDF Manager. This will embed the markup into the document.
    7. Save the new version of the document. If you wish, you can now delete the original document

This takes way too long. There should be simple dedact options, given how often we have to do it.
