Licence file.

Could I please have help. I am using. account Right Basics 2016.2.0. thank you

  • Hi Bic7,

     

    Thanks for giving it a go and for letting me know. If you're not getting a company file code after entering the serial number, that usually happens when the AccountRight version is a bit too old. To avoid running into this again, the best move is to download and install the latest version of AccountRight from here: Downloads - MYOB Support.

     

    With some recent changes on our end, we won't be able to support older versions after this month, so updating will make sure everything works smoothly going forward.

    Hi Isaiah, Thank you so much for the information sheets you sent. I am following the instructions but I'm  not getting a company file code... after the serial number.  Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Isaiah is it possible for you to get the company file code how they previously did....I only discovered i

    today and only have 7 days to sort it out.
