Licence File

Hi, 

I am having trouble activating my company offline and online .I have AccountRight (latest version ). I get an error message when trying to confirm online it didnt happen so i tried going through offline mode but got stuck at the part where i need the licence file. The phone does not go through 1300 555 151

Could someone please sent the licence file/s.

      Thanks for your reply and assist .

      Its last four digits are 4009

      Company ID is 1
