Tax Return Rollover Failed
Hi,
We have a company client overdued 3 years tax returns. When we tried to rollover the return from 2020 to 2021, we can't complete the Year End Routine. No matter which options I choose below and press OK, this screen will pop up again.
If I press Cancel, it will show as Rollover_Failed.
I tried to rollover other client's tax return and seems their rollover of 2021 FY are fine. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
