Annual Leave - Rollover hours

I have one employee whose annual leave (Holiday Pay) has reset with the new financial year. No other employees have had their hours reset. Does anyone know why this has happened, and help with how to fix. Thanks

    Hi DonnaLee1972,

     

    Nice catch on the leave entitlements setting. That’s exactly the reason why leave entitlement didn’t carry forward. To fix this, you’ll need to record a manual adjustment to restore the balances, and all the steps you need are outlined on this link.

    Forward to this, I have found the carry leave over wasn't ticked, so now I am seeking help to fix this.
