Unable to launch essentials in AO
New essentails client file set up in AO and on my essentials dashboard. I can access the file thorugh my dashboard and have been coding and entering journals etc through this but when I tried to go into AO and open client accounting to complete the end of year journals it comes up with an error "object reference not set to an instance of an object". I am also unable to lauch essentails for this client from AO. All other clienst are unaffected. Have aclled MYOB help both Ao and essentals support with no meaningfull answers other than AO is working and so is essentials. Any ideas how to fix this?
