unable allocate trnsactions in MYOB Pro

how to sesolve this

  • Hey Flaxworx,

     

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. The issue affecting bank feed allocation has now been resolved, and you should be able to allocate and record transactions as normal again.

    Hi Usefulltips,

    Thanks for posting. Our team is aware of an issue with the Bankfeed allocation service; in the meantime, you can manually match transactions as a workaround. For updates, please see our status hub page.

    well, the manual idea sounds great, but is not working either... its not just inconvenience, it is time and money, and you are charging us for your service after all...
