I use ATO Online for Tax Agents for my clients.

Some of my clients use ATO Online for Business on their computer.

Hopefully MYOB will respond to your question.

The Payment of the BAS is allocated according to the components of the BAS.

Components are GST Collected, GST Paid, PAYG - Withholding (and PAYG - I).

    Example paid the ATO   $6000

    GST Collected   $8000    GST Paid $(3000)  PAYG - W $1000

Each time a BAS is lodged, it is necessary to reconcile the GST Accounts and PAYG - W on the Balance Sheet to the BAS.  You may need assistance from your Tax Accountant if the Accounts do not reconcile.

    Hi Duncan

    Thank you.

Can you tell me how I can view my previious BAS Statements in MYOB Business.  I believe I could view them previously  in Accountng, Prepare BAS or IAS,  if prompted I would sign into MYOB and an Activity Window appeared and I could view my activity statements.

I received this solution to view previous statements back on 28/2/22, now I don't seem to be able to do this.

    Thanks

    Sharon
