Work remotely

Hi  Currently we are considering to work remotely.   For Accountant Office, we know that's desktop version, is there anyway we can install on a laptop and share the same date with the one insta...

    We've published the article "Working on MYOB AE/AO remotely" which provides a bit more information than what I have posted above.

     

    Note that MYOB support is not able to recommend one connectivity method over another, nor troubleshoot performance issues.  We've provided the inforamtion in this article to allow you to make informed decisions.

     

    Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask - and I will do my best to answer questions related to remote access technologies for you.

     

    Note that you will always get the best performance with MYOB AE/AO when you are using a physically wired connection in your office, to your office network.
