Can you please attach a screenshot of the exact error you're getting? Are you getting this error while trying to upload the file to the bank? If yes, please remove any sensitive information before sharing the error screenshot.

This error message generally is referring to the ABA file format does not match your bank requirements. It would be a good idea to confirm with the bank whether you are required to enter the Direct Entry/user ID, or use self balancing format as inclusion/exclusion of one of these would cause upload errors.
