I am trying to adjust bank deposits but not very succesful. The older version of account right was easy to do but the new version is not. How do you prepare your bank deposit if you spend some money from your undeposited funds? the amount spent will appear 0 when you do the prepare bank deposit. Why ?

Thanks for your post. You can record a Spend money transaction and select the Undeposited funds account in the Pay from account field:
This will then appear as a negative transaction in Prepare bank deposits:
You can also click on Deposit Adjustment in the Prepare bank deposit window which will record Spend or Receive money transactions.
