Allocating Direct Debit Reversals in Bank Feed

I recently had a couple of direct debits reversed so I am wondering what I would allocate these transactions as in my Bank Feeds?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

I understand the need to make sure all transactions are recorded correctly, including reversals. Generally, we record transactions according to what happened in real life. I recommend recording the reversal bank feeds as reversed transactions too in the ledger. After recording the reversal, the bank feed would automatically match if the reversed transactions had the same dates.
