Bank Feed Delay - no sync since 14/2/25

Anyone else experiencing delays with the bank feed? We are with NAB and I haven't had a sync since the 14th.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the bank feed. We haven't seen any reports of NAB bank feed delays.

     

    Could you please try the following steps?

     

    1. Go to Banking command centre.

    2. Select Bank Feeds.

    3. Click the Get Bank Transactions button to refresh the feed.

     

    Also, try changing the display transactions filter to 'Hidden' and then back to 'Current' that sometimes does the trick.

     

    If the transactions are still delayed after this, I recommend reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into your account and help you in resolving this.
