Our support team is here and working through tickets as quickly as we can. Once a support ticket is submitted, it can usually take around 3–5 business days for the team to pick it up and get back to you, depending on current volumes.
From what you’ve described, it does sound unusual, especially if bank feeds were never activated for that file and transactions are now appearing with older bank rec information showing. That’s something the team will need to look into further from the backend to confirm what’s happened.
