Bank Feed issues
Hello,
Our bank feed was only recently turned on. We have two major issues.
The first is that although "match with existing" is turned on, we are not being offered the existing transactions to match with ($ are an exact match). Eg we have created a payment EP file and the bank feed is only offering open bills, not the existing EP file transaction. (it was yesterday but today is not).
The other issue is that the bank feed is not showing up at all in the desktop app but is only showing up in the browser. There is terrible waiting time and wheels of death while matching.
Is there anything that can be done about either issue?
