Bank Feed online vs desktop

We have one staff member who prefers to use online and the rest of our staff use desktop. Have just found that recently when a supplier receipt is uploaded in online version through the bank feed it...

Hi Traceace1,

 

I understand how important it is for your team to have seamless experience between the online and desktop versions of MYOB. Please ensure that the desktop version is fully updated to the latest release. If it's updated, please try to close and reopen the application and let me know how it goes.
