It sounds like the bank feed may have been linked to the incorrect account in MYOB. You can go to Banking> Bank Feeds. Verify which bank account the feed is currently linked to. If it is incorrectly linked, you'll need to unlink it first.
To unlink the bank feed, select the bank account and choose Manage Bank Accounts. Select the incorrect account and choose Unlink Account. Once unlinked, you can then link the bank feed to the correct working account by selecting Link Account. After relinking, you should be able to reconcile the transactions on the correct account.
