Sai, still doesn't work. I have unlinked from MYOB and my bank and start a new link for that particular account only but still the same. Does it automatically update or do I need to wait for the bank to update first.

Bank feed transactions should be updated automatically. If the workaround to unlink the bank feed and then relink it did not work on your end, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat.
