Bank Feeds - Unable to Connect Still!

Hi, Still getting the "Unable to Connect" when I try to Get Bank Feeds? Please can you fix this asap as its been nearly a week with this problem happening on and off. Thank you Jasmine

Are you still unable to get bank feeds? There might be a bit of a backlog but this was resolved a few hours ago. Please log out and log back in to see if you can receive them now. Please subscribe to Bank Feeds: Unable to Connect 15/10/2019 to be updated throughout the day if there is a change.

Let me know if there are still issues. Sorry for the inconvenience and delay with this.

I haven't gotten my feeds for yesterdays transactions yet either :( :( :(

Did you try logging out/in as mentioned above? There is a backlog at the moment but bank feeds should be working again.

Let me know how you go with this.

  I also have same issue and have logged out several times and there are no feeds and it comes back with an error

    We are still having issues accessing an ANZ trading account. Still hasn't updated a 15:56 WST

    Taking a look at your bank feeds, it does look like you have managed to collect the latest transactions for your bank feeds.
    
    Don't hesitate to get in touch if you require further assistance.
