Bank Feeds from BNZ Down?

My bank feeds dont seem to be coming through an this has been since the 17th-19th , is the system down ?

Hi esna, 

 

Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account you're having issues with so I can take a look into this for you.

i have 2 company files that the bank feed from ANZ is not working.
