Bank Feeds problem

Hi, We are having trouble setting up bank feeds for 1 particular company. At first, we were asked to submit a form, later the form was rejected as Westpac now only does it live. Followed the link that was on the same email to set it up, but it gives us an error, no matter how many times we try it. Dont want to call Myob as I dont have the patience to be on hold for the rest of the day.

 

PS: Attached the error message

  • I am also receiving the same message, I have just updated the program and all is well.

    Thank you so much for your post. For me to take a look at this, can you please send me a private message with the following information: 

    * Serial number
    * Company name
    * Account Number and Full name

    • Did you not fully read my reply? I fixed the problem by updating to the latest version.
