All the bank feed transactions I had already checked off since October have appeared again in my feed.

We also have had all bank transactions duplicated, in our case from 1st February. Accounts were reconciled last week so this problem has occurred within the last 3-4 days. Appears to be a MYOB problem affecting multiple clients.
Please advise what your fix is and when? Thank You

This issue has happened to us also. Very frustrating to deal with - and not good timing as I've just been advised of our $30 monthly increase in subscription fees!

We are aware of customers reporting an issue with duplicate bank feed transactions. We will be working on a fix for this from our end, you wont need to take any actions yourself. Hey Emma1201,
The duplicated bank feeds can really make a mess of your reconciliation, so you’re definitely not imagining the frustration there. If you’ve already checked your online banking and the entries are genuine doubles, the best move is to reach out to our team so they can take a look from their end and remove anything that shouldn’t have come through. They’ll help tidy things up so your bank feed lines up the way it should. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account.

Me too, I have now got 430 entries in my bank feeds from the last few weeks re-appearing - this happened after the recent Bank Feed connection issue that was supposedly fixed yesterday. It bought in a whole heap of old ones, i was hoping they would have disappeared today but no, they are still there!

I have just had an email incident notification that the Bank Feeds are duplicating between 2nd Feb to 13th Feb, however my first duplication is dated 12th November - can you please let your support team know that it is far more extensive than their email suggests it is?

I received the attached bank feed error pop up yesterday when trying to update bank transactions. After some time had passed, my bank feeds were operational again but duplicates appeared of transactions I had already taken care of.
I spoke with MYOB today via chat who responded to the issue as follows:

Note that the incident description indicates transactions upto the 13/2. I've got duplications in my transactions from yesterday the 16/2 as well.
