Hi SimoneAlbiston​ , I don't have an update on when this will be fixed sorry.

Yep. My bank feeds back to October have also been doubled up. Very very frustrating

I have duplications going all the way back to start of October with one client. Extremely frustrating as I am need to lodge their October to December BAS soon. Any idea when the patch will happen?

Hi all, the team have confirmed that rather than being from the 2nd February, duplications could be from the last time you pressed the 'Get transactions button' - this is why different customers are impacted by different time periods.
While we work on a fix:
- Please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
- If you have already allocated the duplicate Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us while we work on it.

I just hit "Get Bank Transactions" in Bank Feeds and I now have old duplications from 15Jan2026.

Note that the incident description indicates transactions upto the 13/2. I've got duplications in my transactions from yesterday the 16/2 as well.

Hey everyone!
We are aware of customers reporting an issue with duplicate bank feed transactions. We will be working on a fix for this from our end, you wont need to take any actions yourself. Thanks for raising it and sorry for any frustration caused. We've posted it on the status hub in the meantime, make sure to subscribe to stay notified.

This issue has happened to us also. Very frustrating to deal with - and not good timing as I've just been advised of our $30 monthly increase in subscription fees!

I received the attached bank feed error pop up yesterday when trying to update bank transactions. After some time had passed, my bank feeds were operational again but duplicates appeared of transactions I had already taken care of.
I spoke with MYOB today via chat who responded to the issue as follows:
