CBA - bank feed not syncing since 20/1/26

Is there an issue with CBA bank feeds? We have not had any transactions come through since the 20th Jan 2026, although on the CBA app we can see multiple transactions.

    Hi KateDC,

     

    Thanks for flagging this. At the moment we haven't had any reports of a widespread CBA bank feeds issue, so it looks like things are generally working on our side. Here's a few troubleshooting steps you can follow that might help: Missing bank feed transactions.

     

    If it's still not playing nice after that, the best next step is to jump onto live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can take a closer look at the feed and help get things moving again.
