Duplicate transactions can be caused by having manually imported bank transactions while having bank feeds activated as well. I would suggest, checking if you do have bank feeds, you can delete the imported statement. If you don't have bank feeds, kindly check if the statement is imported twice. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Sean,
I'm sure that it's not caused by mannually enter bank transactions since we never do that. Transactions are always from bank feeds. That's why we are worring about those transactions.

- Serial Number
- Account Name (Company Name)
- Your full name and email address
- Bank Feed Details (if you have more than 1 bank feed)
- Screenshot of duplicate transactions showing from the software
