the short answer is that you can't
you can either hide the bank feed transaction and manually reconcile the two transactions
OR
you can redo the transactions so that you can combine them as one so that you can match them
eg if it is two deposits you could receipt them both to undeposited funds then do a bank deposit for them both
if it is multiple payments made you could do the same delete the payment transaction or change the bank to electronic clearing and then process the electronic payment - this will put the transaction into myob and if you produce a bank file you don,t need to upload it
