Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties finding the transaction created without the electronic payment box. In my understanding, if the "Electronic Payment" box is not marked check, the transaction will be recorded in another ledger bank account.

If you need to process the payment as an electronic payment, you will need to delete the recorded payment and recreate it making sure the electronic payment button is marked check.

You can find the payment by clicking the history tab of the bill or from the Find Transactions window.
