Thanks for the reply Shella_A. The account has been fully reconciled with a zero balance. I tried undoing the last reconciliation and doing it again in case it was a glitch. The account was closed on the 8th of May & reconciled as at that date but the last bank statement date was the 1st of May. I don't know how to update the bank statement date as the account is closed. I will log a support case as I don't think it's something I can fix.
