I have the same problem and have been trying for 3 hours to solve it, no luck. Seems to me that there is a glitch with the latest version 2025.11.1.9. I had to upgrade to this version to open my company file. But the recorded transaction (manual and QIF files) are not posting. Worst of all, can't get in touch with MYOB.
It's definitely a glitch then. Very frustrating. The suggestions to fix so far have been unsuccessful, though I can now record Spend Money transactions.
Receive money, journals and purchase entering are not working.
I had to upgrade too. Not much of an upgrade, haha.
