Thankyou everyone for your input, I now know I am not crazy. I pay a monthly subscription and as such I am supported. Still have problem recording deposits. I have found however that I can spend a negative sum that records as a receipt. Very messy and definitely not a long term solution and could lead to many accounting errors.
