hello MYOB users...my call was successful and as you all have different issues and products you may need to call 1300 555 123, yourself. What MYOB (John) did for me was team viewer remote session , he checked company file...by offline and then he changed mine (product) to accountright plus (was standard) then he did a backup and restored the backup...all working now!! perhaps the patch from Friday 16/1/26 and the earlier update is not compatible to very old versions (premier converted to account right)

i did get through to MYOB 1300 555 123...team viewer consult with confirm company file, off line...file changed from standard to plus. backup file done and then restored. all fixed...(i had tried typing this several hours ago but cannot see my post)

it didn't take long on the phone...very helpful and if you tell them you have an old version of MYOB there should be notes on the fix
