SOLVED!!! I just had MYOB on the phone.
- Make a backup.
- Uninstal MYOB
- Re-instal MYOB https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads
- Open the backed up file. Important you have to rename your company file (just add a 1 or whatever)
- Try a transaction now. It worked with me.

my new version (AR+with payroll) is not recording transaction to bank AGAIN....OMG...I have sent another case to MYOB and will call in the morning AGAIN....the fix lasted for only a few hours. The screen flicks when it's trying to record so the whole thing is out of whack

How frustrating ! I tried to fix mine using the process outlined, but I also have been getting the flickering screen and no fix. I'm also going to have to call them today. Just need to get my work done, definitely don't need these issues.
