In the meantime, after I thought everything was working again, I had to do the uninstall / reinstall process twice more to get it working. First time I could only record money spent (but not money received), the second time I couldn't enter sales. Then I couldn't delete transactions. So I reinstalled MYOB again and now everything works. The question is ... for how long. It certainly is not ideal having to uninstall and reinstall all the time.
Maybe MYOB has realized now that there is a glitch with the version and are working on it to solve it.
No that's really frustrating. This exact same thing happened to me just now. I can only record Spend Money and payment of invoices.
Nothing else.
Let's hope they are working to solve it, surely they are. I called them but have been unable to hold due to also having to deal with customers. So hard.
