How frustrating ! I've been away and trying to get hold of them this morning on this issue and also what to do about upgrading. I'm still on hold after 35 minutes and can't keeping the phone line tied up for that long really.
I'm so under the pump, this is the worst timing to be dealing with this issue. Work falling further and further behind.
no avoiding the long wait time...i spent an hour with them all up. Sorted again?? Will see if the latest fix holds for more than a few days. MYOB is fully aware of the issue at hand.

You'd think they'd have the issue sorted by now, surely !!!

I will have to try calling them again tomorrow as the rest of my day just doesn't permit it.

i cannot believe it but that fix MYOB did a few hours ago has already failed....absolutely ridiculous situation.
