I have been on the phone with MYOB.....and I think my problem is solved. Fisrtly I backed up all my data files. Secondly I uninstalled all the MYOB Account Right apps from my computer. Thirdly from the MYOB website I installed the Account Right Installer program 2025.11.19 and saved to desktop. From the Installer app on desktop I was able to install the Account Right program 2025.11 and save to desktop. After opening newly installed Account Right I had to restore each of my backed up files and save as a different name. Then I could use the newly named files and everything seems to work. (Still had same problem if I just opened old files). So now I am only opening up the newly named files from the restored backups, to work from. Hope this helps everyone.

give it ten minutes...i've done this three times now!! at this rate I'll be adding IT compentencies to my Resume!!
