After my 2hr chat to get this sorted on Thursday I thought things were resolved. Sat down today to enter transactions and nope nothing recording again. I don't think I have it in me again to call them. They have no issue quickly issuing an invoice for adding a file to our client ID which is offline so not sure why they charged for an online subscription - that's Tuesdays problem to solve.
