initial response from myob was to check all options like locked period, date range, clear cache...i am still waiting for proper patch to fix!!
I had this-entries appeared in 'Find Transactions' but not in 'Reconcile' screen. Whilst the browser had this issue, I was able to go onto the desktop version and transactions were there-I could then reconcile in that screen. This then updated the browser version. Was able to reconcile the account via desktop and info transferred to browser. Next month had the same issue, and the same solution worked. Wish MYOB would make one system have ALL the functionality of the other!
