Manual deposit entries not recording.

When I manually enter deposit transactions, the transaction is not being recorded in any account most times. MYOB working fine up to mid December 2025 and not used MYOB until now. I suddenly have this deposit entry problem. Manual spending entries is recording fine. I think I work off line. Can anyone help?

    I have the same problem and have been trying for 3 hours to solve it, no luck. Seems to me that there is a glitch with the latest version 2025.11.1.9. I had to upgrade to this version to open my company file. But the recorded transaction (manual and QIF files) are not posting. Worst of all, can't get in touch with MYOB.

    That's what was said to me as well. Didn't help either. 

    My Spend Money transactions are working, but not Receive Money. 

    Bizarre and very annoying !

    initial response from myob was to check all options like locked period, date range, clear cache...i am still waiting for proper patch to fix!!

    I'm having the exact same issues since the 16th of January and no resolution. 

    What did MYOB suggest would fix it ?

    I am having the same issue and thought I was going crazy. Kept looking a year ahead in case I put wrong date in. Has anyone had a response to this issue. Problem started 16/1/26

    i am also having an issue with spend money and receive money transactions either not recording or not deleting from bank register...issue started yesterday 16/1/26. MYOB has been in conntact but i have treid their remedy to no avail. earlier this week a prompt at top of screen said to restart MYOB, which I did and since then nada!!
