I just wanted to confirm that I can still get the old reconciled bank transactions removed?

Make sure to contact our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. This way, they can create a ticket for you, and let them know exactly which dates and bank accounts you want removed. Also, know that they'll fully remove the transactions from the dates that you listed.
