Since there is a consistent Spend Money transaction being recorded, you can check if there's a recurring transaction that's automatically recording. Click on To Do List at the bottom part of the dashboard and check Recurring Transactions. You can also check other tabs while you have this window open.
You can also get a report of the recurring transaction by going to Reports >> Banking tab >> Recurring Transactions which gives you several options of reports to see the frequency and the transaction name to check further where it is coming from or when it started.
