Isaiah, I would suggest the reason there's "no reported issues" is that nobody has time to lodge a case or deal with virtual assistants. I don't know the case for others but this is intermittent, sometimes bank feed works and sometimes it doesn't. it always seems to be on the days where there are the most transactions which then all have to be entered manually and then hidden the following day when the feed works again. The time it takes to submit a case or contact the virtual assistant each time this happens isn't helpful when we all have lots to do. I'm usually doing the bank rec early morning and the last thing i want to do is wait around for answers... i'll just have to do it manually. is there a way we can lodge a case just for the record rather than requesting assistance and holding up the reconciliation?

Thanks for explaining that. I can understand why that would be inconvenient, especially when you’re trying to get the bank rec done early and just need to keep moving. At the moment, the only way to lodge a case is through MyAccount. I know that’s not ideal when the issue is intermittent and you’re not looking to wait around for assistance each time it happens. If you do log it through MyAccount, it would help to mention that the bank feed seems to fail on higher-transaction days, and that you’re then needing to enter transactions manually and hide them later once the feed catches up. That way there’s at least a record of the issue and the impact it’s having for you. I really do appreciate you taking the time to share the feedback.
