Old Transactions reappearing in Bank Feeds

Dear Experienced Users Can I have help on explaining how a dozen December 2021 transactions can reappear in my bank feeds. Originally I thought it may have been our new employee but after checking ...

I was reluctant to just hide them before getting an explanation. I've done refreshes in the past and this hasn't happened. I'm not sure why she went into Manage Bank Accounts as this is where I found the Check/Update Status and it asks you to sign in again?
